Second Sunday Self Defense

A free self defense class for women of all ages. Class includes instruction on self defense skills and tips from a Tempe Police Safety Officer

Where:   Shaolin Center of Martial Arts, 1200 W. University Dr (at the corner of Beck and University) Tempe 85281

When:   Second Sunday of every month, from 4-5 p.m. (Excluding Holiday weekends)
Because of the Easter holiday weekend, Second Sunday Self Defense will be taught on Sunday, April 19th, 2009.
