At Phoenix Longevity Arts we offer classes in Tai Chi Chuan, Kung Fu, Martial Arts, and Qigong in Tempe and Phoenix Arizona! We also hold classes in Scottsdale at LifeTime Athletic!
Our goal is to improve your fitness, health, confidence, vitality, and energy, through the ancient systems of Chinese Martial Arts, Healing Arts, and Self Defense. At PLA we train Kung Fu, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and other Martial Arts. You may choose any class to attend! Our Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes are held at our full time school on the South Phoenix / North Tempe border by ASU!

To protect the health we attain through our Tai Chi, Yoga, and Qi Gong practice we train both Adults and Kids in Self Defense. The Chinese call it Kung Fu (Gong Fu), the original martial art that buddhist and taoist monks used for hundreds of years to defend themselves, their sacred temples, and outlying villages from attack. Tai Chi is one of the soft styles of Chinese Kung Fu which incorporates relaxed movements with deep abdominal breathing. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, longevity, joint strength, flexibility, and the mind!
The Chinese fighting arts also incorporate a complete system of wrestling and grappling that we teach in our Kung Fu classes. Along with practical self defense we practice ancient healing arts of Qi Gong and Internal Kung Fu which includes Tai Chi. You will also learn meditation, pressure points, Ba Gua, Xing Yi, animal styles of Kung Fu, the 5 animal play, and the Chinese classical weapons.
